EXCITING NEW EVENT: "CELEBERATING GENEROSITY"
Get ready for a highly anticipated new event! Celebrating Generosity is set to take place at the Ferrari Masserati of Vancouver dealership, and is going to be an evening worth talking about. Event co-chairs Lianne Peretz and Alfonso Ergas are rolling out the red carpet for our donors who make a minimum household gift of $1,000 to thank them for supporting the community through the Federation Annual Campaign. Guests will enjoy kosher hors d’oeuvres by Chef Andrey Durbach (La Buca, Pied a Terre, Sardine Can), tastings by Victoria Spirits, and live music by Noah Nine.
This event is also an important opportunity for Jewish Federation to connect with a new set of sponsors that haven’t been involved before with our campaign or our community. Their support has made this event possible, and we plan to build on the relationships we’ve established to generate mutually beneficial long-term sponsorship opportunities. These will help build our community’s base of support and broaden the reach of our message. MORE

An informal at-risk youth committee, composed of community professionals and volunteers with expertise working with youth, was formed and co-chaired by Rabbi Bregman of Temple Sholom and Shelley Rivkin of Jewish Federation.
