Several months ago, when we first discussed FEDtalks with Irwin Cotler, we identified the fallout from failed states – particularly issues of migration – as a key focus of his address at our Annual Campaign Opening event. Little did we know that the issue would come to a head in the weeks immediately leading up to FEDtalks on September 17, 2015.
We know this is an issue that our community cares about deeply, and at FEDtalks we will explore the refugee and migrant crisis.
